1.5.0 Full release of the game!

The full release of the 1.5.0 version of the game including a whole new environment/city aswell as some major UI changes (the UI is still somewhat WIP but wanted to atleast get it out with the rest of the stuff). There will be new more unique upgrades coming withing the next few updates aswell. (Smaller note; the lighting with medium or low quality options is very dark but currently working on a fix for this)
